December 6th Christchurch Brew Club meet and Best of British Competition

So Paul Fraser won the lager competition, and so he has chosen the next competition which is a Best of British. The details of the comp are:

The challenge is set - brew the best British style of beer possible. With the standard of the last comp, people will need to bring their A game.

There are many available styles to choose from such as:
Mild
Bitter
English Brown Ale
Golden Ale
Pale Ale or IPA
Porter & Stout
Barleywine
Old Ale
Scottish Shilling Ale
Wee Heavy
Irish Red Ale

There is plenty of time to allow you to refine your recipes in time for the comp.
As usual, there will be the judges choice and peoples choice. 2x 500m l(or close equivalent) bottles for tasting and a bottle for each of the winners.
Comp is open to all club members.
