Mine have just started sprouting so I can dig and rhyzomes off them... but if yer in Welly you can come get a cutting in a few weeks. (Danscade).

No prob. email me on grbaker5@gmail.com and I'll send you a cutting when they are ready.

There are always heaps of small shoots that can be cut off then put in water or soil to grow. They won't do much for the first year (just make sure the soil is always damp) but get going after that.
