I just bought one from fishpond. Shipping was estimated anywhere until May 5th. I can let you know how I get on if you like.

This is a bit more pricey... but it comes with all the gear you need, and its all stainless steel. 

If you can wait they come on sale every once in a while... and then its not a bad deal. 

When I ordered mine I got a few quotes around shipping and weight, and if memory serves correct I had about 5 kilos I could pack in. So I ordered a few extras to make it worth my while for the import costs.

Cheers for the info guys, yea would be good to know how you get on. Where are you buying your false bottom from Joshua? Morebeer seems to be pricey after shipping and currency conversion, but will keep them in mind, looking at the morebeer system; did you pay extra to upgrade to a 12" false bottom, and do you have any issues with the inner wall bending when you use the ball valve (assuming you have the non drip type valve)

Hi Sam. I have ordered a 12" bazooka screen from allgrain.co.nz which will hopefully do the job. You can also get ss false bottoms from allgrain.co.nz too. I already have most of the other fittings and ball valve that I will reuse from my current bucket mash tun

Hi Sam, cooler arrived on Friday. All up it took 6 weeks to arrive which is quite a wait, I am glad I had a smaller mash tun to work with in the mean time. Arrived in a huge box in perfect condition. Just need to add the ball valve and bazooka screen now and I plan to use it next Saturday.

have you tried this out ? i am considering going all grain brewing and am looking at something more ready made like this rubbermaid instead of modifying a chilly bin.

I think I have used it for 7 brews now including a couple of 40l brews. Works great, I was worried about the bazooka screen blocking but I haven't had any problems yet, although I drain pretty slow. The rubbermaid still needs some modifying though, I installed a ball valve which connects to the bazooka inside, the included tap isn't really usable for brewing.

I've used the same thing, also got mine from fishpond and ordered a false bottom off of brewshop.co.nz 

Mine has been fantastic, my efficiency has gone up significantly, and batch sparging is a breeze compared to what I was doing before. The ball valve and other bits and bobs can be sourced from www.hoseshop.co.nz

I got all my parts for the ball valve from mitre 10 I think, kind of just made it work with odd parts, so far no leaks. My efficiency remained about the same as when I used a bucket with false bottom. I find I hit all me temps too so long as I pre warm it with hot tap water.
