Hi guys.

Looking to get into allgrain brewing because I've come to the conclusion that the extract brews all taste the same. I've got a 40L chilly bin that I'm going to make a manifold for today. However, I only have a 20L aluminum pot which i think may be a little small to boil 19L in. Is there any way i can get away with it?

Any hints or suggestions appreciated.

Nick u leave the recipe as is and increase volume? Probably a good easy light drinker with a hop kick

Yep, I dont know how to use brew spreadsheets and I dont like beer to be really high alc. The bloke at Brewers Coop suggested taking it to 25 litres and it work really well ' for me'. I guess the only down side is that it uses a ton of hops. Getting gravity between 1036 and1042 and brewing down to 1005-1010.
