Hey,

I'm planning on doing a series of smash beers using rakau, motueka and southern cross hops.
The yeasts I have are London ale iii, cali ale and Czech budejovice.
I am planning on trying out gladfield malts, mainly Munich, Pils, Vienna and maybe Manuka smoked.
Also would continue snider Maris otter or golden promise.

Any recommendations from people on what malts and yeasts would work well together.

Cheers

Southern Cross with Pils malt and the Czech yeast play well together.   A great beer. SC is quite an underated hop

Planing a 10L Rakau / Golden Promise IPA beer myself, on a clean ale yeast. Hop federation had a Rakau IPA recently at vultures on a tap takeover, i though it was way better on tap then in their bottles.  I was going to add carapils and caramalt, almost a smash

Cheers, will try a NZ pils with southern cross.
Maybe a rakau pale and a motueka pale.
