NZ Post's u-post pulled through for me, and i have some simcoe, I suspect 2011 harvest, but it came vac bagged so i'm hoping for the best.

Plan on putting a couple of biggish taste bud stripping ipa's down tomorrow using what i've been able to get. short of time, so will use LME for one whilst the 2nd is mashing.

Would appreciate any feedback prior to crashing into it Waitangi day morning.
