Passionate brewer / partner wanted

I am looking for a beer enthusiast that is looking to craft a way into the beer market in NZ. Based in Wellington this will be a role to assist me in developing Hops Valley through ensuring the recipies are mature, and getting the brewery off the ground and well established commerically.

This will be a partnership if I find the right person and initially is not a paid role due to the brewery being non-commercial at present.

Hops valley has many followers and guaranteed outlets already, we have great beers and I need that final push to bring this to market.
