Nitrogen set
ok guys
So I have a kegerator set up but are wanting to build a nitrogen set up for dark beers. Obviously I need to get a tap but how do you build the system. Do you just force carb with co2 and dispense with nitrogen pressure? looking for some advice here.

I get best results from a very short forced carbonation then serve it on cellarmix - I find it will end up over carbonating on a co2/nitrogen mix if you don't close the gas off between serves though - serving pressures are higher than for straight co2.
