Hi all,

As at least a few members of this forum will've heard, I'm planning on starting up a small (nano-scale) commercial brewery on returning to NZ later this month.

I have (I think) sorted out the legal requirements and sourced all the big gear (brewhouse, fermenters, pumps, temp control gear, mill, etc.)  Which has got me to the point of wondering about where to get all the little stuff.  I'm talking hoses, S/S fittings, cleaning/sanitising chemicals, CO2, carb stones, etc.

I've done a lot of googling, and found a few answers, but would appreciate advice from folks who are already in the market.

Anyone have any advice on commercial suppliers of these items in NZ?

Thanks in advance for any advice you might have.

Anzor does all manner of stainless fittings, and you may try contacting The Metal Company in Blenheim as well, for a competing quote. Ecolab does most of the chemicals you'll need. BOC supplies CO2 and other gases nationwide. Carb stones and what not, you might want to import direct from GW Kent in the States. Hoshizaki Lancer is a good source for various dispensing hardware.

Best of Luck.

Thanks very much for the suggestions Chuck.  I'm sure they'll come in very handy!
