How did you get into brewing?

Just gave this a sample, Fucken dry son of bitch!! 1.053 - 1.015, Bang on where I wanted it @ 5% I Really Really Really want to chuck this into a cube with a touch of priming solution and nugget hops and chuck it through a hand pull!!

Never dry hopped with nugget, is it better for darker beers? It would be quite resinous wouldnt it?

It good for everything its the most under rated US hop!! Go get a bottle of Mikkeller Single Hop IPA Nugget and you will know what I mean!!

Where can I get a bottle of Mikkelher nugget IPA???

I have a bit of a love affair with nugget, its def my number 1 bittering hop cos its so nuetral!! Ive used it in heaps of beers, english, us, german etc...

To lazy to cheak on the website but Craftbrewer?? I bought in a few Mikellar Beers through there got them in no problem, or a whistle wind trip to Hashigo Zake. Hmm Nugget IPA, Im thirsty off to have a Hefe!!

Maybe I should jus fly down to welly to check out this Hashigo zake bar, it sounds the bizness! Wish there was something similair in auckland :o(

I was 15 and at boarding school, no girls, porn often confiscated, endless diet of bad food and bullying. mindless exercise to keep us out of trouble. My friend and I decided to get hammered more often, I was handicapped by the fact that I looked 12 at the time. We got some 40 litre plastic drums and set a brewery up in the suitcase room, right next to a big boiler so the beer was warm in the winter. we would get up at 3 in the morning and sneak around cleaning drums and boiling up coopers kits. The asian kids all had really big suitcases, so we put our bubbly drums in those, they got a bit yeasty. All our beer got bottled in big L&P bottles, and conditioned in the water tank of the toilet block. We got busted in the end but the prefects were so suprised by our work that they confiscated our beer and kept quiet about it. They only got one batch we still had 20 bottles stashed around the place, boozing during school cert probally did'nt help my marks much.
