Ive been asked to brew a beer for a friends wedding in october. Havent brewed  in a couple of year due to time restraints (4 kids) , so I want to have a practice run in the next couple of weeks. Im going to use tasty mcdoles apa malt bill as ive brewed it a few times and I like it. But Id like some suggetions with the hops.

The grist is (approx)

50L

65% golden promise

22% pilsner malt

5% carapils

4% wheat malt

4% crystal 40

US05 yeast

For hopping I have allready purchased (for an ipa i was intending to brew) citra, simcoe and a little bit of columbus.

As it is going to be served at a wedding, I dont want it to be super hoppy, but definatly 'hop forward'

Any ideas very much appreciated,.

I did a good pale ale with all simcoe awhile back. The Russian river hill 56 beer. Pretty hoppy but not ridiculous.
If you plan to use some of your existing hops. Citra and simcoe go well together. Aim for Maybe 40IBU's. And keep the addition big and late.
If I did hil56 again I'd do this. Which I reckon might get you close to panheads supercharger.
15g simcoe @60
15g simcoe @30
20g each of citra and simcoe
30-35g each citra and simcoe.
Nice resins fruity mango. Brew.

Thanks for that, Ive not tried the RR Hill56 but i really like supercharger. are those last additions at

flameout and dry hops?

Also, i should have mention, it s a 50L batch and  my OG is 1.056.
