I haven't seen this done before, so it might be new. I thought you might appreciate it anyway..

I know it's rough. Maybe I'll make a tidy version, but as you can see there isn't much to it, and I'm certain it'll make life easier. Any suggestions?

there was a guy selling something like that on trade me a while back, basically it was a plastic box with holes cut out in the lid to do like 6 bottles, I think it had a boat bilge pump in it that pumped the sanitizer up into the bottles, same theory as the one you are looking at but you could use a bigger box and do 10 or more bottles at once, leaves more time for taste testing and probably not a whole lot more expensive to build

he he that's so cool.

I got a Vinator last year and that shaved 30 minutes plus off the bottle sterilization times.. but that is neat.

You have everything Grant!

I reckon you have the perfect wife letting you buy all those toys!

I have a keg washer that does just the same as this, great to set running while I brew.  I run the cleaning agent first and then a sanitiser.  Stubborn stains or new (old) kegs that stink or coke, just leave it running for an hour and they are sweet!  Even blasts through the beverage and gas lines.

Although I am going to start competing this year (if i ever make time to brew) so I will have to start bottling again...

It is kinda her fault... she brought me my first fermenter and beer kit... the kids supplement the gear every year on my birthday... and I've got my boy into the brewing (he's old enough now) to get him of the playstation.

No, everything yet... but my little collection of brewing gear is taking up a fair bit of space (time for a brew shed??)

Yeah that auto-vinator is cool ... I might adapt my current one to a pump and micro switch.

I just tested this thing with some blow off tubing and works great (besides having to hold the other end).

I might make some exchangeable nozzles/fittings and holders because I'd like to be able to sanitize different tubing and also blast some s-bend airlocks. They're always annoying to clean..
