I have tried set at 12.5 and leave 10 days and set at 30 and leave 3-4 days,  I am not achieving bottle carb levels at all, ideas?  Perhaps my gauges are out?   The beer is carbed but just not as much as I wish for...

I break my kegs down every fill. Soak parts in PBW for a cpl of hours, for the keg I 1/2 fill it with PBW & hot water leave it to soak for a couple of hours then put a bucket over the top and invert it for another couple of hours. Followed by a through rinse and then Starsan all parts and keg before reassemble and filling. Breaking it down gives a good time to check the seals for any damage. Also take the time to purge beers lines with PBW then rise sanitise ect.

From memory crank up the pressure and shake shake shake, check regularly that you haven't 'overdone' it
