Brew at the Shakespeare in Auckland (and also learn how to filter some beer)

Well, last year we brewed and learnt the finer points to brewing good, consistent beer at Hallertau Brewery.

This year we will move closer to the CBD in Auckland at The Shakespeare Hotel and Brewery and brew some of their pub craft beer.

Costanzo Brewing School is coming to Auckland once more and we will go over some tried and tested methods that will have you brew not only exceptional beer at home , but learn the 7 secrets to brewing consistently good beer.

Tired of all that sediment at the bottom of the bottle of homebrew or kegged beer. Well, I'll show you how to remove a portion of that and end up with a clearer beer in your bottle and how to filter all of the yeast and sediment for a clearer kegged beer. You even get to take home some crafty bottled beer.

This will be the last brewing course in NZ for 2013. Many of you have waited patiently for this course so now is the time to enroll. It is capped at 12 persons. Don't miss out like in the Melbourne course (running next week) which is a sellout and I had to say no to a person wanting to enroll. The 4 day Masterbrew course is evolving into a must do course and they are rated highly by those that attend. The results are proven and you will find this course easy to follow and is conducted in a safe environment.

If you are even thinking of setting up a small microbrewery then you will discover the importance of how to make good, consistent beer because the customer depends on consistency. He will want the beer to taste the same time and time again. How many times have you seen that the bottled craft beer you try does not taste the same as when you tasted it fresh from the brewery. Although beer will age regardless of what type it is, knowing how to increase the shelf life is central to having beer taste good and fresh for as long as possible.

Listen to what a student from last year has achieved so far;

“Hi Vince,

Well it’s been 8 months since completing your brew course & I’ll just like to say a thank you. The information you taught me has proved invaluable & I continuing to refer to your notes for guidance.

We’re pleased to announce, that thanks to your help, our brewery is up & running. We released our 1st beer at a perfectly timed beer festival right here in Martinborourgh a few weeks ago & now have it available at a local bar. We’ve had good feedback & have no shortage of retailers, bars & people wanting it. Still using the tiny Farra kit we showed you but with some modifications. Our biggest problem is of course volume so we’ll see how things go & look at upsizing.”

-Stephen Fox (Fish), Master Brewer, (22/4/2013) on Masterbrew course in Wellington

 I will show you how long shelf life can be achieved because I have had 10 years of experience in this area in a large brewery and the results I was able to achieve are very hard to find anywhere in the literature or internet. I'm so confident that I 100% guarantee the course to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy I will refund the course fees and you will keep the course notes and bottled beer.

So hop on along and make this your best brewing experience too. For further information and to enroll instantly simple follow this prompt here.
