Beer Faults class for Home Brewers 23 Feb Auckland
I have arranged for a beer faults class to be given to Auckland home brewers on 23 Feb (Sunday) from 1-3pm . The class will be given by Bradford, one of the brewers at Lion (but he's also a home brewer). The great thing is that he has access to all the esters & stuff used in the quality control at their brewery.
This is a great opportunity to learn what these faults are, how to recognize them and what causes them.
Location is the upper level of the Crown pub (formerly Brewery Britomart).
There is no charge for this class.
Yes, I know this is the same day as the Session-beer challenge at Brother's Beer. The locations are relatively close and there is no reason you can't do both.
