Finally got around to put these up. I'm mildly embarrassed by their simplicity compared to some of the company their keeping.

Alas the judges couldn;t really taste the fruit anymore but it made a decent robust porter.

Thanks for putting up the recipes. Martin, Mr Cherry: I'm going to shamelessly clone your Donkey Oatie and Coconut Porter at some stage!
clone
Why not? If it's good enough for Richard Emerson... ;-)
I hope you do, Donkey Oatie is a lovely pint. I must brew it again now I've got a beer engine, I'm sure it would be awesome through that. And I certainly plan to brew Torsion - I loved it when it was in the case swap.
Lovin' this Open Source attitude to beer recipes. It's how you turn good beer into great beer. Everyone gets to try it and along the way someone stumbles across a magic tweak or twist.
Yeah its what its all about!! I even reacon pro brewers look at these pages!!
The thing is good brewers know that recipe is only half (if not less) of making a great beer.

Too many stingy brewers out there that hang onto their recipes and afraid to share them.
To Right Glen!! Spread the love I say!! I post everything I brew on here!! Live and die by P.P.P.M.P.P.P its 90% of the beer in you glass
WTF is P.P.P.M.P.P.P?
"WTF is P.P.P.M.P.P.P?"
+1

Imperial stout, Silver, best in Class. I recon the judges must have been doing speedballs before marking this one, I almost didnt enter it because it was too much. Too roasty, too hoppy and astringent. oh well... Yeast is out of style as well and gave the beer a slight tart note, it was the only thing I had available in enough quantity on the day.
