You can scale any brew to any size but you need to know your system profile,  IE efficiency volumes etc

that recipe was good but too much residual Sweat ness, drop the Caramalt to like 60g , thats for 10L 1/2 everything and use us05 if thats your thing,   you will lose volume to yeast and dry hops etc, which is why i brew 10L smallest versions.  you only get about 10 x 745 bottles out of this batch
