2012 Waitati Brewers Convention

Its on again this year, I went last year and had a great time and managed to win both cups.  I noticed Richard Emerson has his name on one of them... was this the competition that launched his career? (probably not)  It's pretty informal and set up outside in a paddock up a quiet valley in Waitati. All welcome details below;

Annual Brewers’ Convention 2012

Waitati (20min North of Dunedin)

Date: 2pm Saturday 21st April

Two cups to compete for – both are open categories for any style of beer.  Entry is 1 crate of beer, everyone tries all the beers and vote for their favourite.  One cup is awarded by the popular vote and one cup the brewers vote.
